Policies & Studio Etiquette Thank you so much for respecting my time, space, and craft. These policies are here to help keep things smooth for all of us! Cancellations: Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Life happens—we're all human, and I completely understand that some things are out of our control. That said, this is how I support myself and my family. If you don’t cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No Call / No Shows: If you miss your appointment without reaching out, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. When you ghost your appointment, it prevents someone else from booking that time—and it directly impacts my livelihood. I understand things happen, but communication is key. No-shows will not be tolerated. Running Late: If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. I value your time, and I ask the same in return. Rescheduling: Need to reschedule? No problem—just let me know 48 hours prior to your appointment. Reschedules made after that window will result in your deposit being forfeited. Children & Guests: My studio is designed to be a relaxing, private space for you. Because we work with sharp tools and sensitive areas, I kindly ask that you do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment. For safety reasons and to protect everyone's experience, if children are brought, you will be asked to leave and your deposit will be kept.
